Important Booking Information

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, suspensions, or postponements. A $25 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking.

Access Requirements

Please ensure you can provide unencumbered access to your property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access will result in automatic booking termination and a $25 administrative fee.

Booking Changes

All changes to bookings must be made through Clean Madame LLC. Cleaning providers are not authorized to accept booking changes directly. Please contact us via phone, text, or email to modify your booking.
