Important Reminders

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours' notice required. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a $25 fee.

Changes to Bookings: All changes must be approved by Clean Madame LLC via the platform. Do not request changes directly from cleaning providers.

Access: Failure to provide access will result in automatic termination and a $25 fee.
