Booking & Cancellation Policies

Important information about our service policies

Booking Requirements

All bookings require a 3-hour minimum
Payment is due at the time of booking
All areas to be cleaned must be specified in the booking request
Access to the property must be provided to the cleaning providers
Any hazards, special conditions, or challenging areas must be disclosed when booking

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, suspend, or postpone your booking.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative and travel costs.

Access Requirements

Property Access: If unencumbered access to the booking location is not provided for the cleaning providers, the booking will be automatically terminated and a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

Changes to Bookings

No changes may be made to bookings except with approval from Clean Madame LLC via our platform
Cleaning providers are not authorized to agree to changes directly
All booking modifications must be requested through our customer service team

Meal Time Breaks

If a booking overlaps with a meal time, cleaning providers are entitled to a 15-minute break. While not required, we recommend providing food and drink during meal times.
